2.What kind of lifestyle do you have? Do you work late hours? Or do you have a home based business?

Now that you’ve gotten some insights about your budget, you’ll need to consider the children’s needs. For instance, wouldn’t a day care center be better for your child, so that he or she can socialize?

Conduct phone interviews, and also make it a point to meet each of these prospective nannies in person, before you decide.

How they would handle the different aspects that come with taking care of children, e.g. sleep time, discipline, fights?

How are their relationships with their previous employer?
